Overview of Logistics

Welcome

The Center for Logistics and Transportation Policy (CLTP), housed in the College of Technology, was officially created by the University of Houston in the fall of 2007. The purpose of the center is to address the challenges of applied research, policy issues and workforce training for current and future employees in the field of logistics and transportation.

Training

Training is a key part of the solution. We offer basic and intermediate training for certificate programs utilizing well qualified instructors from industry and UH.

Research Projects

Our Research Projects will address getting valid data to make good long term decisions concerning transportation and logistics.
